Yo guys, what's good.
Az here once again, and today we are going to talk about all Fated and Legendary Support Heroes and give our opinions about them.
Let's get into it.
As a quick note, this is intended to be for beginners of the game. I'm sure you veterans already know all of this.
Fated
Ramge
Without Shufraken, you will have a regular Damage dealing support. He can negate Healing, however there isn't much of that in PVE. In PVP there are better supporters than him. Even if paired with Shufraken, his interaction doesn't work well in PVP in the Dragon Blood Meta. In PVE the interaction can be quite good, especially since they are both of the Dark type.
Awakening FC
Enhances his Mana gain if units are dead. If paired with Shufraken, he will be able to spam his abilities and make progressing on Light day easy. Without Shufraken, there are better breakers than him.
First Guardian FC The FC makes him viable, especially since he is one of only 2 Front row First Guardians.
If you don't have FC Anastasia, he can be great in PVP for you.
Shell
She is a generally weak Unit, but in the right team, she could work. She has a single target increase Mana ability, which increases Attack. This can work well, if paired with Baraka, to get his nuke off quicker.
Unfortunately she is severely underpowered otherwise.
Emma
Her kit is made for Dragons. Not only is she a head Dragon Knight, but also reduced Attack of the Dragon. In later stages she will be part of a lot of Dragon teams.
Forgotten Memory FC
A simple upgrade with more Damage and better stat-line.
Talia
Decent healer early to mid game, severely falls off late. She has to compete with two of the best healers in the game, Kaya and Karin.
Anastasia
Great early game unit and one of only two healers in Frost. She is a more offensive support.
First Guardian FC One of the strongest FCs in the game. Increases her tankiness, giving her more damage capabilities and being a front row monster. If you have her, you will use her EVERYWHERE.
Legendary
Leger
One of the 4 revivers in the game. Generally outshone by Cybele in PVP. Her main purpose is Labyrinth, where single target has more use and stronger heals are required.
Lepin
Second of the 4 revivers. Her element makes her incredibly strong, when paired with block tanks. She gets her abilities off quickly and frequently regardless of health status.
Plain upgrade. Increases her block, making it easier to gain Mana for your revives. Shines in PVP. Check out the article about her.
Minea
She is only used in 1 Special Dungeon, but Tereia is the better option. Don't waste your resources.
Karin
Our 3rd reviver. Strongest of the bunch due to high healing and Nature element. For PVE content simply the better choice due to the element.
Pan
Little Mana battery used in Shelter of Avarice. Has his place in Labyrinth, but outside of that not used commonly.
Obellia
Another great Dragon Hero and great for Shelter of Avarice. She provides your team with a DEF up and afflicts the enemy with ATK down. Majorly underused unit. In my opinion a great investment.
Tereia
Used in Special Dungeons, can help you clear faster due to the 2 Mana AoE and Def down on a single target.
Fergie
Another Special Dungeon unit. Her Shield and Attack down can help preventing your squishier Heroes to die. Outside of Ancient Gold mine very limited use. Great early to mid game.
Sefer
You have to use him in one Dungeon. Critical Hit down is not as valuable as ATK down or shields. Don't invest until you are close to Quick Battles for his Dungeon.
Cybele
The 4th reviver and a frequently used Special Dungeon unit. Her 0 Mana AoE makes her great for Breaking targets, especially paired with Firis. Generally preferred over Leger as a reviver due to easier breaks.
April
Healer of a weak element. She is not mandatory anywhere and healers like Kaya, Lepin and Karin simply outclass her.

Quick and easy, hopefully insightful.
Most of the support units are fairly underused, especially since FC Anastasia has been out for so long and a lot of people have already gotten her. With the First Guardian string of creation, she will be more prevalent than ever. She outclasses most other supports.
In terms of revivers, we have 2 of strong Elements and 2 of a weak Element, which makes choosing simple. In most cases you won't bring any of the light revivers, if not absolutely necessary.
Outside of PVE supports are not used commonly. Due to their low speed their utility would come into play only in later round, however they usually die before that.
Especially before you have your nukes available a lot of shots might go into them first, due to the consequences being relatively low.
This might change in the future, if we see another PVP meta shift, where you might be able to drag out fights longer and don't rely on one shots.
